Our home is in small residence also known as Valoda. Main occupation is agriculture mostly wine production, so you can come and taste premium red and white wine. We also offer widely known and recognizable brandy (localy called rakija, grappa). If you're interested you can try to accompany us in wine production.

The closest path from Valoda to the sea is coastal town of Rabac, which is about 10 km far away. I would also like to draw your attention on a fact that near Valoda exists forest which you are free to explore. You may encounter even rabbit or many kinds of birds in your exploration of the forest.

Of all the small towns and villages in central Istria I would recommend you to visit Hum and Motovun. They can show you what it was like in ancient times as you encounter their medieval spirit. Also visit Vodnjan, near Pula famous for its mummies. Istria can't show you all its beauty if you're residing only in one place. We encourage you to travel as much as you can and also visit Rovinj, Poreč and Pula.

To describe all the beauty of Istria in few sentences is impossible task. Try to discover your own Istria, full of special places in which every place has its own spirit.
